At WeBe Sensory, your satisfaction and sensory support are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed for equal or lesser value items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
